Where do we start ?
Your ceremony is the core of your wedding day.
My ceremonies are unique, meaningful and memorable and will joyfully transport you across the threshold into your married life.
Your wedding day is one of the most significant events of your life and your ceremony sets the tone for the rest of the day's celebrations.
The ceremony we create together will be a personalised and meaningful expression of your love and commitment.
Flexibility and openness are hallmarks of my work and I welcome using your ideas and input in creating your ceremony, which I write to reflect your characters, beliefs and personalities.
It is important to me that you feel relaxed and fully 'present' because you know that I will conduct the ceremony and the dynamics of the occasion so that all flows smoothly, that the emotions of the moment can be expressed, that there will be a warm and bright delivery and that your guests feel welcome and included.
My role on your wedding day is to work closely with the people in charge of the venue and with the MC so that all goes according to plan and any little blips or variations that occur can be absorbed with humour.
Input from friends and family is welcomed, as it gives extra depth and significance to the ceremony. I give my clients a wide range of resources to consider, and of course they are welcome to use input from other sources.
The timing of your ceremony – allow around 45 minutes so we honour the occasion and are relaxed, yet not take so long your guests become uncomfortable if they are standing. My charges reflect the number of times we meet and the amount of time and creativity you require from me in writing your ceremony.
If you require an on-site rehearsal, or if your ceremony is to be held outside the wider Auckland area, a small extra charge is payable.
I will use wording that inspires and expresses all your love means to you and liaise with you to ensure you are perfectly comfortable with the ceremony.
